Andrea hizo que nuestro matrimonio fuera una noche inolvidable para nosotros, sin ella, eso no habría sido posible. My fiancé and I knew we wanted to get married in Cartagena, but we didn’t know where to begin! Thankfully, a family friend referred Andrea to us.
We got engaged on the Sunday over Thanksgiving weekend, and we literally gave Andrea a call that same night to see if she could help us coordinate a destination wedding in Colombia, South America!
To complicate matters, we also needed the whole thing planned in only 7 months, as we had decided that our wedding would take place over 4th of July weekend.
After a long Whats-app phone call with Andrea, filled with a multitude of questions, concerns and insecurities - Andrea put all of our worries at ease. We were convinced that hosting a destination wedding in the enchanting city of Cartagena, Colombia would be the only acceptable option.
Throughout the whole planning process Andrea was an incredible resource, advisor and friend to us!
Early on, we had to downscale our original plan after we experienced some unexpected financial issues, however Andrea still was able to plan the wedding of our dreams, while managing to stay within our budget! In all honesty, the final product exceeded our dreams.
Surprisingly, we did not meet Andrea until the day before the wedding, but when we did meet her, it was as if we had known her for years. Andrea and her team of assistants executed a seamless wedding celebration for the two of us, as well as for all of the invited guests.
We truly appreciated how she allowed for our personalities to shine through during the celebration in unique ways as well.

Her recommendation regarding the “Calle de Honor” event. Instead of the traditional “Cumbia-themed” parade that takes place for the wedding party upon leaving the church, she suggested having a “Garabato-themed” parade with dancers and musicians in Carnaval attire for this!*This was to honor my husband’s family heritage on his mother’s side from Barranquilla. It was such a joyful and colorful performance, many of the guests have informed us that this was the most memorable part of the whole wedding for them.*
Andrea also brought some delicious mini-guava pastries as a midnight snack for all the wedding guests to enjoy during the wedding reception and celebration; this was to honor my husband’s family heritage on his father’s side from Cuba! She even helped us plan a boat trip to Isla Rosario the day after the wedding for all the guests by doing a background check on the Boating Company we were looking to hire.Andrea’s attention to detail was very professional, while at the same time allowing room for creativity. Her team is trustworthy, honest, easily available, and most importantly, friendly and fun!
